El operativo de aprehensión fue llevado a cabo por personal de la Fuerza Policial Antinarcotráfico el día 15 de noviembre del 2019 tanto en Santa Rosa de Calamuchita como en la ciudad de Córdoba. En los allanamientos, dirigido por el Ministerio Público Fiscal, se logró la incautación de elementos relacionados a la causa.
